Executive Clinical Directors
Kathleen Kitlowski, Ph.D., B.C.B.A-D and Michael Kitlowski, Ph.D., B.C.B.A.-D have over 35 years of extensive training and experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating a wide range of individualized ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. With their strong background in psychology they place an emphasis on the importance of taking a “Whole Child” approach when identifying a child’s unique strengths and challenges. With this knowledge in hand they design effective treatment plans that teach patients how to use their strengths strategically and how to remediate their challenges by teaching effective processing skills, communication skills, executive functioning skills, self regulation skills, social skills. As a child’s confidence and independence grows they are provided with more opportunities to practice and use their skills across many different environments with less and less supports in place as they move towards independence.
Our Team
Our team of clinical psychologists, Board of Certified Behaviors Analysts, teachers, and tutors at A.C.C.E.S.S., Inc. are truly dedicated to helping all children reach their fullest potential. They have extensive experience implementing various ABA techniques and programs and are provided ample, consistent and on-going training and supervision.
