Job Description
A.C.C.E.S.S., Inc. is looking for a part time/full time 1:1 tutor or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Job Duties
- Work 1:1 with one child/teen on specific goal areas (e.g., behavior, communication, social-skills, daily living skills, organization and planning, etc.) Share creative ideas for activities in which to target goals
- Collect data on goal progress
- Implement treatment plan developed by supervisor with their guidance
- Implement a developmental relationship driven program that uses a mentorship approach
Skills/Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- A high school degree but prefer a college degree
- At least 6 months to one year experience working with clients with autism
- Available during highly desirable after school hours (e.g., 3-6pm) as well as day time hours
